Arrival and departure

Your suite is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. From this time, you can collect your chip independently at Theodor-Fischer-Straße 22 from the Keyboy next to the mailbox. All important arrival information will be sent to you by email one week in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier, please inform us beforehand.

On the day of departure, your suite is available until 11:00 AM.
– Please vacate the suite on time. Your access chip will be deactivated, preventing further entry to the building or apartment.
– If you require a late check-out, please contact us a few days before departure.
– Please leave the access chip on the dining table or drop it in the CINARI mailbox.
– Check the safe to ensure you have packed all valuables.
– Please leave your suite tidy.
– We would appreciate it if you could run the dishwasher one last time, empty the refrigerator, and dispose of the trash.

Baby crib

A baby crib is available subject to availability and for a fee of €10.00/night. Please inform our apartment manager in a timely manner.

Bicycle

Heilbronn is a bicycle-friendly city with currently approx. 60 km of cycle paths, cycle lanes and protective lanes in the city area. At www.radfahren-bw.de you will find addresses where bicycles can be rented.

Breakfast

Café Theo on the first floor or SMUK next door are great places for an early breakfast or a small snack. There is also the Übele bakery in Paula-Fuchs-Allee.

City tour

Heilbronn has a lot to offer and the best way to experience it is on a city tour – whether on foot, by hop-on hop-off bus, Segway, in a canoe or on a Neckar boat: all tours can be booked via the Heilbronn Tourist Information Office.

Cleaning and laundry service

Once a week, our service team cleans your suite and changes towels and bed linen. Please ensure access to the apartment. Cleaning usually takes place on Tuesdays (House 3) and Mondays (House 5), though internal changes may occur.

Coffee machine

Each kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. The manual is located under the TV in the sideboard or online. Original capsules can be purchased in Heilbronn city center.

Emergency exit

There is an emergency exit on the first floor right next to the elevator that leads to the inner courtyard. Please do not use the elevator in the event of a fire.

Fire

In case of fire, please inform the fire department by calling 112 and the apartment manager immediately and give the exact location of the fire. The assembly point is at the raft harbor, directly opposite the CINARI Suites entrance.

A waste room is located in the basement (-1 level), accessible with your chip. Please separate waste properly:

Internet/Wifi

Each suite has free Wi-Fi. Access data can be found in the entrance area on the white door of the fuse box near the wardrobe. It is a public network; you can connect your devices via Wi-Fi or a network cable. Please note that you are responsible for your data security. Parasol

In summer, sunshades can be rented for a fee. Please close them when leaving the apartment. Guests are liable for damages.

Parking space

You can book parking spaces in our underground garage subject to availability and for an additional charge. This costs € 90.00 per month or € 8.00€ per day for short stays. There is also a neighborhood garage at Paula-Fuchs-Allee 15, where e-cars can also be charged.

Postal service

House 3:
At the entrance there is a central mailbox for the mail of all residents of the Theodor-Fischer-Straße 22. The letterbox is emptied regularly and the letters are placed in front of the door of the respective suite. We recommend entering the number of your suite in the mailing address.

House 5:
Each resident has his own apartment letterbox and key which he will receive when the apartment is handed over.

Shopping facilities

Heilbronn city center is a 10-minute walk away.
There is a „BUGA Späti“ at Paula-Fuchs-Allee 6, a „Denns Biomarkt“ (Gottlieb-Daimler-Str. 9); an „Aldi“ (Gaswerkstr. 41) or “REWE” (Etzelstr. 38) can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and only permitted on the balcony with the door closed. Violations may result in immediate termination and cleaning fees of at least €500.

Sofa bed

Please notify our apartment manager if you expect a guest. We will prepare the sofa bed for you. Do not convert it yourself to avoid damage or injury.
For an additional person (over 12 years old) staying in the apartment, we charge € 20 per night; children under 12 pay half (€ 10).

Our chic CINARI totebag made from organic cotton is available for your errands. You can also take this home with you as a small souvenir after your stay.

Please leave the reception antenna in the designated position. If reception is poor, normally only the position of the aerial needs to be corrected.
